Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical, data-driven operator, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology, transforming the organization into a fully data-driven private equity real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms, creating a centralized data architecture for company-wide reporting
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems to enhance business intelligence across various performance metrics

Required Qualifications
