Job Summary
Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will architect and implement enterprise data systems and operational technology, transforming the organization into a fully data-driven private equity real estate company while working in a hybrid or remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms, creating a centralized data architecture for company-wide reporting
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems to enhance visibility into portfolio performance and operational metrics
- Integrate various platforms and build workflow automations to streamline processes and eliminate manual reporting tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or technology operations
