Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical and data-driven operator, the full-time salaried Director of Data & Technology will lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology, transforming the organization into a fully data-driven private equity real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms and build centralized data architecture across various departments
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems to enhance visibility into portfolio performance and operational metrics
- Integrate platforms across the organization and create workflow automations to streamline processes and eliminate manual tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and technology operations
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Sigma, and Databricks
- Strong understanding of APIs, ETL pipelines, and systems integration
- Proven ability to build executive dashboards and communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives
