Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical and data-driven professional, the full-time Director of Data & Technology will lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise data systems and operational technology, transforming the organization into a fully data-driven private equity real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of enterprise data platforms and centralized data architecture for company-wide reporting
- Develop executive dashboards and automate reporting systems for portfolio performance, investor metrics, and operational efficiency
- Integrate various platforms and build workflow automations to eliminate manual processes and enhance data accessibility
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and technology operations
- Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Sigma
