Director of Delivery Operations
Job Summary
Leading the operational backbone of the regional Delivery organization, the full-time salaried Director of Delivery Operations will establish management systems, oversee demand and capacity planning, and enhance financial operations while working remotely in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the NoAM Delivery operating model, including governance and performance reviews
- Own the regional operating process for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce visibility
- Partner with Finance and Delivery leadership to maintain operational views of services revenue and project health
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in delivery operations, PMO, or resource management within professional services
- Deep understanding of professional services delivery models and project economics
- Experience building demand, capacity, and workforce planning processes at a regional scale
- Strong financial acumen, including services forecasting and margin management
- Hands-on experience with professional services automation and CRM platforms
