Director of Deposit Operations

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Director of Deposit Operations, the full-time remote position will manage all aspects of Deposit and Treasury Management Operations, ensuring effective daily operations, compliance, and strategic improvements while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations for deposit functions including onboarding, wires, debit card operations, and ACH processing
• Oversee the Treasury Management team and manage commercial treasury operations
• Develop and maintain department policies, ensure compliance, and coordinate responses to audits and exams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent banking experience may be considered
• 10+ years of banking experience, with a minimum of three years in management
• Strong understanding of deposit operations, treasury management, and banking compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and relevant banking software
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and diverse teams
