Job Summary
Leading a talented team of designers, the full-time Director of Design will set the creative vision for the BILL brand, manage design processes, and oversee the execution of visual assets across various channels in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Establish and drive the creative vision for the brand across campaigns, web, and product marketing
- Implement AI tools into the design workflow to enhance productivity and output quality
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in design, with at least four years leading a multidisciplinary in-house creative team
- Proven experience in building and governing a brand design system in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative processes
- Experience in producing video and motion content for marketing purposes
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and motion/video tools like After Effects and Premiere
