Job Summary

Leading global endpoint architecture and IT support, the full-time salaried Director of Desktop System Management will oversee strategic operations, user onboarding, and endpoint security across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments while managing a dedicated team of desktop systems engineers and IT service delivery specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the execution and optimization of the New Hire Onboarding process to ensure seamless hardware and software deployment
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce endpoint protection standards and manage enterprise Mobile Device Management strategies
• Recruit and develop high-performing teams while driving operational excellence and cross-functional communication

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in managing desktop systems engineering or IT service management teams
• Proven track record of modernizing IT workflows and implementing zero-touch deployment models
• Deep expertise in macOS and Windows enterprise administration with tools like Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
• Strong experience with identity providers and zero-trust security frameworks
• Hands-on experience with establishing IT support verification standards and incident response workflows
