Director of Development Operations

Job Summary

To streamline and implement the infrastructure behind a rapidly growing, multi-entity fundraising operation, the full-time Director of Development Operations will manage Salesforce CRM architecture, develop moves management systems, and oversee compliance tracking in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, cleanup, and rebuild of the Salesforce instance to ensure data integrity and establish it as the single source of truth for donor records
• Build and operationalize a moves management system to support frontline fundraisers, ensuring adoption and sustainability
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking business development invoicing, contracting, and compliance across vended services agreements

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of development operations experience with deep, hands-on Salesforce experience in a fundraising context
• Proven experience in leading CRM cleanup, migration, or rebuild projects
• Track record of designing moves management systems that are adopted by fundraisers
• Strong skills in data architecture, reporting, and revenue forecasting
• Experience managing and developing professionals with a coaching orientation
