Job Summary
Owning the infrastructure of a cutting-edge agentic AI platform, the fully remote Director of DevOps will manage day-to-day operations, ensure system reliability, and lead incident response while collaborating with a platform team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and operate a production agentic AI platform on AWS, ensuring services are responsive and scalable
- Lead release management processes and enforce engineering best practices through automation and infrastructure as code
- Collaborate with development teams on deployment changes and participate in agile ceremonies to track progress and priorities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience at a senior or director level
- Deep expertise in AWS, including multi-account management and production SaaS environments
- Fluency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK
- Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python and TypeScript
- Experience with structured release management processes and automation practices
