Job Summary
To build and lead a high-performing team, the fully remote Director of DevSecOps will own the DevSecOps strategy and technical direction for complex federal government engagements while mentoring engineers and contributing to business development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, and grow the DevSecOps practice, including recruiting and mentoring team members
- Define and oversee DevSecOps strategy and technical standards across active programs
- Partner with business development teams to shape proposals and represent DevSecOps capabilities in client discussions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in DevSecOps or related fields, including federal environments
- Minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Public Trust clearance determination
