Director of Digital Product Management

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of product management, the full-time remote Director of Digital Product Management will strengthen the alignment of digital product strategy, business outcomes, and investment decisions across the enterprise while leading Technology Portfolio Reviews and facilitating executive discussions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and facilitation of Technology Portfolio Reviews for senior executives, ensuring alignment on digital strategy and investment priorities
• Establish and improve standards for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews across product teams to maintain alignment with the Digital Product Operating Model
• Enhance Amgen's Product Management Outcomes Journey by connecting business strategy to product prioritization and governance practices

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience, or Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in Digital Product Management or related fields
• At least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams and projects
• Experience in designing and facilitating product governance sessions or executive operating cadences in large organizations
• Strong understanding of digital product management practices, including strategy, roadmaps, and value measurement
• Experience applying generative AI or automation tools to improve executive reporting and strategic planning processes is preferred
