Job Summary
As a visionary leader, the full-time salaried Director of Digital Platform Services will spearhead cloud engineering, deployment automation, and developer experience platforms, driving operational efficiency and innovation within the IT infrastructure ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Platform Services team to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions aligned with enterprise technology goals
- Define and implement platform engineering strategies, leveraging containerization and automation at scale
- Oversee platform operations with an SRE mindset, ensuring observability, reliability, and robust incident response
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience in cloud engineering and operations within large-scale, complex enterprise environments
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with deep expertise in cloud services, infrastructure, and platform operations
- Professional certifications in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Strong background in technical project management and leading digital transformation initiatives in cloud-first or hybrid IT organizations
