Job Summary
Leading the digital application portfolio, the full-time Director of Digital Software Engineering will manage cross-functional teams focused on delivering and modernizing member, provider, and client digital experiences while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and support of scalable digital solutions, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and governance practices
- Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Drive technology modernization and Agile delivery transformation, partnering with various stakeholders to align resources and maximize business value delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development and technology organizations
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing global software engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience in leading Agile delivery transformation and digital modernization initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, and modern web frameworks
