Director of Distribution Management
Job Summary
Leading the distribution and 3PL partner functions, the full-time salaried Director of Distribution Management will manage downstream activities and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Retail, and eCommerce teams to ensure successful fulfillment strategies in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full 3PL partner network and develop enterprise distribution strategies across multiple channels
- Drive cost optimization through fulfillment analysis, carrier negotiations, and performance governance
- Ensure retail compliance and manage chargeback strategies in collaboration with finance and retail teams
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management or distribution operations
- Strong background in financial performance analysis and cost optimization strategies
- Experience managing 3PL relationships and retail compliance programs
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align strategies with business goals
- Willingness to travel 30-40% as needed
