Director of Distribution Strategy

Job Summary

Owning the rate distribution strategy, the remote Director of Distribution Strategy will manage how rate content is negotiated, distributed, and maintained across various channels and partners while designing and implementing effective distribution programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop Engine's rate distribution strategy, mapping rate content to channels and customer segments
• Design rate distribution programs, including frameworks and segmentation, to effectively reach partners
• Build and enforce standards for rate integrity, ensuring accurate and protected rate content across channels

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in distribution, channel management, or revenue strategy within travel or related industries
• Proven track record of designing distribution programs and commercial frameworks
• Deep understanding of rate loading, codes, and connectivity across distribution channels
• Strong judgment regarding rate integrity and fencing with partner relationships
• Technical fluency to engage with Product and Engineering teams effectively
