Job Summary
As a full-time remote opportunity, the Director of Driver Growth will manage the driver acquisition process, forecast staffing needs, and enhance the onboarding experience for CDL and non-CDL drivers across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for scaling and managing driver acquisition
- Ensure accurate driver forecasts and manage hiring campaigns within budget constraints
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of driver recruitment and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in statistics, HR, mathematics, economics, or MBA
- 10+ years of experience in workforce planning and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in supporting and influencing senior executives
- Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge in data analysis and inferential statistics
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment with sound judgment
