- Lead the EAP Program and Site Management teams to deliver consistent execution across clients and geographies

Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience leading and managing expanded access programs
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to Expanded Access Programs
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performance teams
- Experience in market access settings and multi-country reimbursement strategies is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a strong execution focus and a track record of operational excellence
