Director of Earned Strategy

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-level organic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Earned Strategy will oversee integrated Earned & Owned programs across SEO, Content Marketing, and strategic initiatives designed to enhance client visibility and drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Acting as the executive strategic lead on key accounts, accountable for client success
• Developing integrated earned strategy plans that combine SEO, Local SEO, Content Marketing, and AI Search
• Identifying and capturing new organic growth opportunities across search and local search ecosystems

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Earned & Owned Media programs in an agency or brand-side organization
• Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns leveraging cross-channel insights
• Working experience with Web Analytics and SEO platforms like SEMRush
• Proven success managing large-scale enterprise search and content transformation initiatives
• Deep understanding of AI Search evolution and organic discoverability trends
