Director of eDiscovery Solutions

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Director of eDiscovery Solutions will manage firmwide technology-enabled eDiscovery services, serve as a senior adviser to firm leadership, and drive the performance and growth of the eDiscovery and Data Solutions function while collaborating with various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the firmwide strategy for eDiscovery and Data Solutions, aligning with firm and client priorities
• Lead the development of scalable data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance legal team operations
• Build strong partnerships across business functions to ensure alignment in strategy, resources, and delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in eDiscovery technology and litigation support, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Significant experience in a large law firm or comparable professional-services environment preferred
• Deep expertise in eDiscovery technologies, data analytics, and legal regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
