Job Summary
To drive continuous improvement in IT analysis initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Eligibility & Encounters will manage business process improvements, establish best practices for requirements gathering, and mentor a team of IT Analysts to enhance application delivery and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with teams to identify and implement business process improvements and system configurations for scale and automation
- Lead sessions to resolve process inefficiencies and manage deliverables, testing, validation, and training
- Establish metrics for key processes to deliver differentiated business outcomes and foster a user-centric design culture
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience in IT and management, including Agile and Lean methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or a related field
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and explain technical issues to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from inception to implementation
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and build skills within a team
