Director of Emerging Technology

Job Summary

To advance the organization's proficiency with innovative technologies, the full-time salaried Director of Emerging Technology will manage multiple innovation programs, oversee data operations, and provide strategic leadership in leveraging emerging tech to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and manages resources across innovation programs, including Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI
• Oversees the integration of data operations into risk and privacy frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Facilitates a metrics framework to measure program efficiency and effectiveness, driving awareness of emerging technology initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, AI, and information technology, with at least 4 years in a senior management role
• Demonstrated leadership experience in adaptive environments within financial services
• Strong project management skills with experience managing large budgets and identifying cost efficiencies
• Knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations related to financial services technology and AI
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
