Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Emerging Technology, this full-time remote position will manage the development, deployment, and adoption of the firm's internal AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with security and regulatory requirements while driving operational efficiency and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the internal AI strategy, overseeing AI engineering, automation, and operational transformation
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across various departments
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI engineers while establishing development standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology or automation, with 7-10 years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML
- 5-7 years of technical leadership or people management experience
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML or generative AI solutions into production
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, automation, APIs, and data pipelines
- Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments
