Director of Employee Experience

Job Summary

To enhance a values-aligned employee lifecycle, the full-time salaried Director of Employee Experience will manage recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives while fostering workplace belonging in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and guide best practices for recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain a diverse workforce
• Develop and implement an organization-wide learning and development strategy that addresses current and future needs
• Design and conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational culture

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading recruitment and onboarding initiatives, with knowledge of legal hiring practices
• Strong facilitation skills and experience in designing effective learning experiences
• Proven team management skills, fostering collaboration and trust within teams
• Proficiency in ATS, LMS, and HRIS systems
• Ability to analyze employee feedback and translate findings into practical recommendations
