Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise Platform and Integrations team, the full-time remote Director of Engineering will manage engineering practices, define technical strategies for API and platform capabilities, and oversee partner integrations to deliver scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineers focused on Platform APIs and partner integrations, establishing effective engineering practices
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for Enterprise APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and ease of adoption for partners
- Represent the company in technical discussions with strategic partners, guiding them through solution design and integration processes
Required qualifications
- Significant experience leading software engineering teams and developing engineering managers or senior engineers
- Experience designing and operating external APIs and enterprise integration platforms
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience managing technical roadmaps and cross-functional delivery
