Key responsibilities
- Make key architectural decisions and manage release processes to ensure production stability
- Oversee career development for engineers and manage on-call incident responses
- Evaluate and approve internal software tools, focusing on cost, security, and AI policy evolution
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering management and 2+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, Node, GraphQL, Postgres, and AWS
- Demonstrated technical ownership of a consumer product's strategy and architecture
- Experience with application security and vendor compliance processes
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
