Job Summary

Leading globally distributed engineering teams, the full-time salaried Director of Engineering - Video Solutions will define and execute the engineering strategy for commercial video solutions, ensuring product quality and delivery while driving innovation in cloud connectivity and AI capabilities in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for video solutions, aligning technology investments with business priorities
• Lead and develop globally distributed engineering teams, establishing clear responsibilities and performance expectations
• Own engineering delivery against scope, schedule, and quality commitments while collaborating with Product Management to address customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing engineering teams
• Strong technical understanding of video management and performance-sensitive distributed systems
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and managing engineering budgets
• Proven ability to improve delivery predictability and product quality while modernizing established software
