Director of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the full-time salaried Director of Enterprise Applications will manage the end-to-end ownership of Workday, ensuring alignment with business priorities and leading a team to deliver effective enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Workday, ensuring sustained value delivery
• Establish governance and operating expectations for decision-making and change management
• Lead a team of functional and technical delivery experts to prioritize and execute high-value work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent executive-level experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise IT strategy and operations with significant organizational impact
• Direct experience with Workday Financial Management and enterprise application portfolios
• Strong project and program management skills, including familiarity with agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and make investment recommendations based on financial analysis
