Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Applications will ensure optimal user experience for university faculty, staff, and students by managing enterprise application lifecycles, overseeing system reliability, and implementing technology solutions to meet institutional needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, establishing clear expectations and conducting regular performance reviews
- Oversee operational systems management for various enterprise applications, ensuring reliability and uptime targets are met
- Lead project planning and execution, utilizing data analysis to inform resource allocation and strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development, implementation, and management, including business intelligence and system integration
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with CRM management, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency in PowerBI and project management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
