Director of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

To drive technology and digital strategy for multiple business applications, the full-time salaried Director of Enterprise Applications will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 applications, oversee software development lifecycles, and lead technology teams of up to 350 members in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with business customers to align digital roadmaps with corporate strategy
• Direct the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met across all phases
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee budget management for technology services, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Ten to fifteen years of professional experience in information systems delivery
• A minimum of six years of managerial experience supervising technology staff
• Expertise in software development lifecycle and experience in software engineering and maintenance
• Proven ability to successfully manage complex technology programs and projects
