Director of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

Leading the Enterprise Applications organization, the full-time salaried Director of Enterprise Applications will unify and transform Health Plan Applications teams, ensuring effective system configuration and operational oversight while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Transform the Health Plan Applications teams into a cohesive unit with defined roles and sustainable operating models
• Oversee the timely configuration and maintenance of core health plan systems to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
• Lead the Application Development team in designing and supporting custom applications while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of health plan or healthcare information technology experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience managing vended core system applications and leading organizational change
• Demonstrated experience in test plan development and execution
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
