Director of Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary

Managing the agile development team, the full-time Director of Enterprise Architecture will oversee the design, implementation, and support of corporate solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team members and collaborate with enterprise architects to develop actionable feature and system designs
• Oversee the agile process, including running stand-ups and retrospectives, while ensuring adherence to architectural standards
• Resolve technical issues and mentor software engineers to maximize team productivity and quality of work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development and design of enterprise systems, including ERP and supply chain management
• Extensive knowledge of supply-chain management software and ETL processes
• Experience in a DevOps model and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Lean
• Ability to mentor and guide other software engineers effectively
