Director of Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Director of Enterprise Architecture, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, guiding them in adopting the Gravity Platform to enhance their digital, data, and AI transformation initiatives while collaborating with sales and product teams to develop innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders at health systems and payers to create transformative data and AI platform strategies
• Deliver executive-level architecture briefings and drive solution design across various use cases
• Lead technical pre-sales efforts and mentor Solution Architects within the team

Required qualifications:

• 12-18 years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical strategy, preferably in healthcare or cloud-native environments
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite leaders
• Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms and modern data engineering practices
• Familiarity with AI-driven products and healthcare interoperability standards
• Proven success in collaborative, cross-functional environments involving sales and product teams
