Director of Enterprise Communications

Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications, the full-time Director of Enterprise Communications will lead the strategy and execution of internal communications and employer brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while fostering employee engagement and external storytelling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Internal Communications function, setting the vision and strategy to align with organizational goals
• Own the enterprise-wide internal communications framework, ensuring employees are informed and connected to the company's mission and values
• Build and lead the employer brand strategy, amplifying internal stories and managing the organization's reputation on platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in communications or marketing with enterprise-wide strategy ownership
• 5+ years of management experience, including mentoring and developing high-functioning teams
• Demonstrated experience managing employer reputation on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and translate complex priorities into accessible messaging
• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred
