Job Summary
Establishing and leading a centralized Enterprise Project Management Office, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise PMO will drive execution discipline, prioritize initiatives, and ensure value realization across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and govern an enterprise-wide PMO framework, including standards and methodologies
- Oversee the project and program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility into status, risks, and financial impacts
- Build and lead a high-performing EPMO team, enhancing delivery efficiency through Lean principles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Health Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management
- 5+ years leading enterprise change or transformation initiatives
- Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or proven enterprise PMO leadership
