Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Director of Enterprise Security, this role will manage security operations, governance, risk, compliance, and DevSecOps, aiming to integrate security into product delivery and daily operations while residing within 50 miles of Scottsdale, AZ, with hybrid or onsite options available.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and secure-by-design practices
- Lead security operations, including incident response, threat intelligence, and resilience programs
- Oversee governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and managing vendor risk
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience transitioning security from gatekeeping to integrated DevSecOps delivery
- Strong background in SOC operations and incident response management
- Expertise in identity and privileged access management, as well as compliance with PCI DSS and telecom regulations
