Director of Enterprise Security
Job Summary
To enhance security practices, the full-time salaried Director of Enterprise Security will lead security operations, governance, risk compliance, and DevSecOps, focusing on automation and AI integration while residing within 50 miles of the corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise security strategy, prioritizing secure-by-design practices and automation
- Oversee security operations, incident response, and resilience programs, ensuring effective management of security incidents and threats
- Lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, maintaining compliance with regulations and managing vendor risk
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience transitioning security organizations to embedded, DevSecOps-style delivery
- Strong background in SOC operations, incident response, and security automation
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS, NIST CSF, and telecom regulations
