Director of Enterprise Service Management

Job Summary

To lead enterprise service management and portfolio operations, the full-time remote Director of Enterprise Service Management will manage strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and governance of technology demand across the health system, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and ensure accountability for multiple service portfolios, aligning technology investments with clinical and operational priorities
• Provide strategic oversight for enterprise service management and governance frameworks, ensuring effective planning and prioritization of technology services
• Promote organizational values and culture while developing leadership capabilities within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent substantial work experience
• At least one relevant certification (e.g., ServiceNow, PMP, ITSM/ITIL, Six Sigma) and ITIL Foundation Certification within 60 days of hire
• A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology or related disciplines, with at least three years in a leadership role
