Director of ESOP Lending
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Director of ESOP Lending will originate and manage ESOP lending relationships, build referral networks, and oversee deal structuring in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Originate ESOP and employee ownership lending opportunities and build referral relationships with industry partners
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for ESOP clients, coordinating onboarding and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Lead deal structuring and credit coordination, ensuring compliance and identifying growth opportunities within the portfolio
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field
- 8+ years of commercial banking or corporate finance experience
- Experience with ESOPs or complex middle-market lending structures
- Proven ability to source, manage, and close complex transactions
- Prior experience in building national referral networks preferred
