Director of European Programs

Job Summary

Leading the European Students For Liberty, the full-time remote Director of European Programs will manage programs and associates, drive recruitment and training initiatives, and ensure impactful projects across Europe while reporting to the Director of International Programs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Local Coordinator Program, overseeing recruitment, activation, and training of coordinators across Europe
• Build and support impactful projects generated by students, ensuring alignment with global program standards
• Develop relationships with partners and sponsors to secure funding and manage event outcomes, including LibertyCon Europe

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing teams and setting performance targets
• Proven track record of growing a volunteer organization and moving volunteers to active projects
• Experience in fundraising through sponsorships, grants, or individual contributions
• Familiarity with the pro-liberty network in Europe and knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
• Proficient with CRMs and measurement systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
