Job Summary
Leading the design and execution of executive compensation programs, the full-time remote Director of Executive Compensation will manage Total Rewards initiatives, counsel senior leaders on compensation practices, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication of compensation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation programs and policies for ministry executives, including incentive plans and retirement options
- Counsel senior leaders on compensation decisions and guide the decision-making process with detailed analysis and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws and regulations while providing support for compensation-related projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or Accounting
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, with 2+ years in executive compensation, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Preferred Master's Degree (MBA or MHR) and certifications such as CPP, PHR, or SPHR
- Experience in private equity or venture capital is preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and lead teams in a high-pressure environment
