Director of Expert Insights

Job Summary

To support a growing Expert Insights team, the full-time Director of Expert Insights will lead Delphi studies and expert engagement activities, translating complex stakeholder input into actionable insights while working remotely with a preference for East Coast candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Independently design and lead Delphi studies and expert elicitation exercises from protocol development to final reporting
• Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders and develop study protocols, analysis plans, and data-collection tools
• Manage complex projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budgets while serving as a senior client contact

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience in medical communications, clinical research, or a related field
• Extensive experience in designing and leading Delphi studies and qualitative research
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and provide strategic counsel to clients
• Strong scientific writing and data-interpretation skills with a record of publication or presentation
• Experience engaging with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients at a senior level
