Director of Family Office

Job Summary

To support the financial infrastructure of Peter Rex and his ventures, the full-time remote Director of Family Office will manage capital and credit relationships, oversee tax strategy, and ensure the effective structuring of assets and financing across various investment types.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage capital and credit relationships with banks, creditors, and financial institutions for active deal flow
• Structure and negotiate credit facilities and asset-backed financing directly with lenders and institutional counterparties
• Develop and execute tax strategy end to end for Peter Rex and the businesses he supports, minimizing reliance on outside advisory services

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a sophisticated UHNW, family office, private bank, or comparable environment
• Hands-on tax expertise across a range of complexities, with broad exposure to asset classes including real estate and operating businesses
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate directly with banks, creditors, and financial institutions
• Familiarity with trusts, estates, and personal wealth structures relevant to family offices
• Proven discretion and personal financial discipline, with a willingness to execute confidentiality agreements
