Required qualifications
- Experience leading a team of five or more direct reports
- Background in family office investments or related experience from a fund
- Established relationships with family office principals and CIOs
- Strong understanding of direct investing and the needs of family offices
- Proficiency with AI tools and CRM systems for administrative tasks
