Job Summary

To support a growing Federal organization, the full-time remote Director of Federal Operations will manage enablement needs, onboarding processes, and deal inspections while enhancing operational efficiency and strategic project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Federal-specific enablement needs and translate sales processes into clear execution rhythms
• Identify onboarding gaps for new Federal hires and create tailored onboarding materials
• Inspect priority deals for clarity on next steps, risks, and ownership while ensuring pipeline accountability

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational roles within fast-paced environments
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and hold senior teammates accountable
• Strong business judgment across sales, delivery, product, and customer engagement
• Experience inspecting pipeline quality and deal progression
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
