Director of Finance
Job Summary
Leading the financial planning and analysis function, the full-time remote Director of Finance will manage annual budgets, long-range financial models, and strategic analysis while partnering with senior leadership to inform decision-making and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial models
- Perform revenue and pricing analysis to support sales targets and pricing strategies
- Synthesize complex financial analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related analytical field; MBA preferred
- 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience building financial models from scratch
- Familiarity with nonprofit funding structures and grant budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced financial modeling skills
