Director of Finance

Job Summary

Leading the company's enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis activities, the remote Director of Finance will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering with senior leaders to enhance business performance and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide operating expense and capital expenditure planning and forecasting processes
• Perform monthly variance analysis and prepare periodic financial forecasts and annual budgets
• Manage and develop the FP&A team, including performance management and coaching

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related discipline; master's degree or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including financial reporting and consolidation
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and experience with FP&A systems
• Global experience is strongly preferred
