Director of Finance

Job Summary

Leading the Sales Finance team remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Finance will manage core FP&A, public company readiness, and M&A integration efforts while collaborating with various departments to drive data-driven decisions and strengthen financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales Finance and leadership, supporting growth and transformation goals
• Lead core FP&A functions, including long-range planning, forecasting, and monitoring performance against budgets
• Oversee monthly bookings accuracy and provide trend analysis to Sales Finance leadership

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in sales finance, FP&A, and expense management within a technology or SaaS company
• Current public-company experience, with familiarity in IPO readiness and compliance preferred
• Experience in M&A integration and business partnership with cross-functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Salesforce; experience with Tableau, SQL, and AI tools is preferred
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships and lead a team while managing multiple priorities
