Director of Finance
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Director of Finance will lead FP&A and strategic finance functions, develop dynamic financial models, and collaborate with leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an integrated 3-statement financial model for planning and analysis
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across the organization
- Prepare board decks and investor reporting materials while partnering with department leaders on financial implications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with leadership experience in tech or healthcare
- Expertise in building integrated financial models and understanding SaaS and healthcare business metrics
- Experience in fundraising or due diligence processes
- Proficiency with financial tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel
