Director of Finance
Job Summary
To support the next stage of growth, the full-time remote Director of Finance will manage financial planning, investment decision-making, and performance analysis while collaborating closely with the executive team and other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Build investment cases for strategic initiatives and lead post-investment reviews to assess returns
- Own the annual planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accountability for forecast accuracy
- Partner with teams on pricing and packaging, establishing economic guardrails for commercial decisions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or business finance in a software company
- Experience with usage-based pricing models and consumption forecasting
- Proven ability to present financial narratives to senior leadership or boards
- Strong modeling skills, capable of creating accessible and auditable financial models
- Familiarity with finance systems including CRM, billing, ERP, and reporting
